Give IBrowse a huge stack. Install StackAttack.
Don't use the "Back" button.
Disable image loading on sites you don't need them.
Disable image loading on SSL pages.
Close IBrowse and reboot every 10 minutes :-)

There is nothing wrong with the back button. It's just that IBrowse sometimes crashes when recalling a previously viewed page.
The same happens when much image decoding happens at the same time. That means either on pages where many big pictures are or on https pages with many pictures. E.g. IBrowse likes to crash after having logged on to
https://freemail.web.de
.
All those crashes happen sometimes and are not reproducable. It's just an experience. When a crash happens I try to remember what I did last in order to prevent it next time. And those hints above are just the results of the crashes which happened most often.
