Just make sure that bsdsocket emulation is checked on the Misc panel of WinUAE, then go online with Windows and use your favourite Amiga web browser in WinUAE.

You could get problems with a built-in or USB modem because AFAIK WinUAE does not support non-standard (emulated) COM ports. A real serial modem or a nullmodem cable connected to one of the real COM ports will work without problems.
