The usb cable of the case panel must have some V+, V-,GND, etc signs. If you don't have the manual of your motherboard, go here GA-M57SLI-S4 (rev1.0) manual and download it.
Note: It is better first to check which m/b rev. you have (1.0, 1.1 or 2.0).
After that just follow the connection schematics on your manual. Good luck  :-)

I just checked the source code of this page and found that you inserted images with your local hard disk's url. You have to upload to a free photo hosting server and then insert the url here.
Alternate method is to use Rapidshare.com or megaupload.com etc to upload and paste here the link.  :-)
