I want to thank you for once again explaining as calmly and clearly as possible what has been explained repeatedly before; and for not popping a vessel in the process, as tempting as it must be to do so. Please be assured that there are still people out here waiting patiently for a good quality product which, compared to what we now have, may actually be a stellar achievement. Though I have not (yet) ordered a board, be assured that this is due to a year (and now more) that has been very difficult for all concerned. Thank you very much for your efforts.
