Christ, where to start? letting the A500 run for too long. The A1200 should have come out when the 500+ did. Not giving the A1200 fast ram, not using a socket for the processor. Not tweeking the case to allow a 3.5 inch HD. Not spending a few extra dollars on a 28mhz 020 (combined with fast ram would have made the base A1200 4x faster). Not finishing AAA, releasing the A600. Put their PC interests ahead of the Amiga. Not putting Akiko in the A1200. Not marketing the CDTV as an Amiga. the list goes on and on....
:-o ... not giving the 1200 30bit color, not giving it DVD capability, not giving it dual 060's as standard, not putting in 6 AGP slots, not turning it into a cray supercomputer, not giving the 1200 macintosh compatability, not giving the 1200 windows compatability, not giving it acorn compatability, not making its keys light up, not making the 1200 from transparent & light blue plastic, not giving it a 1024 bit wide bus, not giving it 8G of DDR RAM
the list of expensive additions could go on...
