1. Can i install a cd-rom unit on the A1200 and if yes can someone give me some ideas ?

yes! of course you can
im not an 1200 user, but, one way would be to get a SCSI interface and attatch an external SCSI drive

2. For the future i am thinking to put that A1200 inside a tower and i wonder for some thinks such us, how can i connect the power supply unit if i remove the motherboard from the original keyboard-box and how can i connect an external keyboard (a pc one or even an A4000 one if it is easier).

if you can find a 4000 keyboard, perhaps it would be easier just to start with a 4000
i hate the 1200 - and a towered one is even worse IMAO

3. If i put finnnaly the A1200 inside a tower can i use 2 ide devices with the onboard controller or this controller supports only one (the hard rive) ?

i think you need an adaptor

You are not speaking seriously of course!  The A1200 is a small A4000 and it can be upgraded to a PPC system so you can have your OS4 when it comes

HaHaHa, How can you say the Amiga 4000 is a serious computer when it died 10 years ago. Break down an buy a clone computer and then see what real computing power is about.

how did it die? mine still goes, i still use it and it probably has more life than yer average 1200

i do have some ibm-pc machines that i use alot also - not as much fun as my A 4000 T


BTW - it was made in 1995, thats 8 years ago, are you suggesting it died before it was even made?

I have an a4000 tower here stupid thing dont work though when switch on from cold it sometimes goes grey to white screen  then back to black ive stripped it and checked everything even tried freezing the chips to see if it was them only thing i can see is some soldering on the resistors is dodgy or the resistors have died which is what i reckon is wrong with it or the cpu card is no good .Im not sending the board off to analogic till i know the cpu card is ok.this thing had a new motherboard that cost 300 pound so the last owner reckons.

never had this much trouble with my blizzard ppc a1200 tower :-)

mine works!(except the keyboard) i would still prefer my A 4000 T to yer 1200 (yucky) tower
