There is no better repair tool for SFS than SFSDoctor for MorphOS, this tool actually REPAIRS damaged partitions and it also gives you the choice to copy data over to a different volume before the repair attempt.

Your other choice is SFSSalv which only lets you copy all data from the dagamed partition to a new one so that you can reformat and copy data back.
