If you want something that
looks like an Amiga mouse to work, you could try a 1351 in joystick mode
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commodore_1351#Joystick_modeAs mentioned in that article, you need to hold one of the buttons on the mouse while powering up to get it into this mode. I'd guess even if it did work, it'd behave a bit differently than a mouse, probably no connection between how fast you move the mouse and how fast the cursor moves.
