I agree, Atom-based netbooks are great little machines, but having used Jolicloud, I can safely say you're better off with plain old Ubuntu. (Or Windows, for that matter!)

If you think that's a silly little machine, take a look at this one:



5.6" screen as opposed to the netbook "standard" of 10", and a reduced keyboard size to match.

I hadn't touched mine in months due to a misplaced power adapter (and various other notebooks and netbooks to take its place,), but I just got it going again yesterday and remembered just how unusable it was.
