The only one that had been readily available recently that I know of was http://www.students.tut.fi/~leinone3/ide/ide68k.html, not sure if he's still producing them.

Great card, but autoboot would be tough on a 1000 without the right kickstart.

It should also work with Kickstart 2.0, at least the one that came with the A600 (2.05?) since it works like the A600's IDE.
