I'm generally happy to ship anywhere in the world, especially USPS customs forms can be printed out online.
Had a bit of a scare shipping to Norway recently though, shipped an item on 12/16/09 and it didn't hit Norway customs until the 19th of January. Hard to believe since USPS international priority only goes by air these days.
