What I did was take an old AT computers powersupply and cut the end off my old DEAD PSU and attached the wires accordingly. Its been years and I had help back then to get it right but it still works to this day. Amiga only needs 12 and 5 volts so its easy to make a PSU just isn't as pretty. You can order and cut the PSU's cable that comes with it if you want to. I'm sure some one here knows the pin outs.
