Yes, you will get a lot of cables with one hole blocked - it's the "key" pin, and you can either replace the plugs on the cable (Be careful!!) or break that pin off your Power Flyer board. It's not used for anything except ensuring correct orientation of the connector, but Please Please PLEASE make sure it's the correct pin before you go breaking it!!! Then double check and then triple check. The cable will then fit as required. But again, you may get better results with a twisted pair cable (though they are a good bit more expensive).
