That's pretty damn harsh now to come straight out in public and have a go at a company like that. You obviously don't have a clue what happened to cause the problem, but seeing as it has travelled half way around the world via FedEx, and then through the crazy customs procedures at your country's borders, anyone with an ounce of logic could see that it might have actually been damaged in transit.
Maybe you should learn to relax a little and think things through before mouthing off ill-informed opinions in public. It may improve your quality of life by allowing you to try things you would otherwise dismiss...
