You should be able to make use of it in 128MB RAM, and seeing as the memory is faster on the A4000 card, as well as the faster CPU, it would be the more desirable card to use. However, I'm not fully sure if OS4.0 supports the SCSI on the Cyberstorm or Blizzard for that matter, so you may be restricted to slow IDE in either case...
