SD card, Amiga 600?
« on: August 05, 2009, 05:16:35 AM »
Hi all,

I have an Extreme III photofast SDHC card, and IDE to SD adapter. The adapter can take up to 32Gb, I have a 4Gb. I also have a 2Gb SD (not SDHC) card, if the photofast won't go.

I am wondering, what tools can I use to make the card work? I have tried the tools with WB2.1 and also HDInsttools. HDInsttools says it is a CF card, and the options are greyed out, and automatic install did not work.

I have also tried cfd.lha from someone elses post, and loaded "CF0" but it seemed to still not show up in any tools. Do I have to load specific drivers? (and as a relative newbie, I don't know how to do this)

I have winUAE, Amiga Explorer (I know how to use both) a IDE to SD adapter, a USB to SD card adapter, and of course Windows.

Thanks guys, will have to try it out. The Miggy is packed now as we're moving house, so I will have to wait until we get there!
