FTP between Amiga and PC..... how do I do it?

Decided to put a new thread discussing this,

Ok,

I know how to use log in and use ftp software to download from an ftp server using a pc.

I know I need a crossover cable between pc and Amiga. I have windows xp professional and a stock Amiga 600.

Logically, I assume I have to setup an ftp server on the pc, am I right? Then somehow I have to log in with the Amiga.

This is as far as I know so far, but what stacks should I use on the Amiga, as I'm still new to this.

thank you Raffaele, I will give R-FTPd a try. The ethernet is via PCMCIA on Amiga 600. (not clock expansion port.)
