i use a 10gig in mine, it is partitioned with 3 partitions....2 just under 4 gig and 1 2 gig partition...works fine for me.

I use mine in conjuction with idefix97...which patches the filesystem...hence no problems.

the way i did it was to partition the drive how i wanted it....fresh install of WB then install idefix97, i've never had any problems.

i forgot to add...my wb install disk contains the latest FFS in the L drawer :-)

By saying the latest i meant from OS3.9.

And overwriting the the Fastfilesystem from L: on your 3.1 install disk, surely thats the version your HD is installed with?
