I've tried out p.os prerelease years ago.

For me it was a kind of WB-replacement and compatible with all applications i had.

it was named pre-release, because the final release should be released later on and be available fopr different ahrdware architectures.  once i googled p.os, because i liked the icos so much.   i found a company who has drwan the icons for p.os. But now i cant find that page anymore.

the p.os article on wikipedia was removed. it seems that prodad is running pos on their casablanca systems, etc. threfor a final version must exist ;o)
