I reckon $299 for the A1-Lite with OS4 thrown in free would be a decent starting point, and low enough to attract some of the people outside the current community who would like to see what its about but not at a cost of over a grand for the system.
For the current price of the A1XE I can buy a Pegasos, a PC, and still have change left over for a few pints down the pub, £1 for the fruit machine, and pie and chips to eat on the way home.
