Then whats with all the PDA shots, mobile shots and all on the Amiga website??

Amiga Inc don't have anything to do with the Amiga computer any more.  A group of investors purchased the 'Amiga' brand and name several years ago in order to use it as branding for selling PDA games.

They had ideas to sell something called 'Amiga DE' (an old version of Tao's 'Intent' with a few Amiga Inc pieces tacked on) to PDA and mobile phone makers, and hoped to coax Amiga users and developers to write programs and games for this new system.  This didn't happen, and very few 'Amiga DE' games have been released, but the ones that have, you can purchase from the Amiga.com shop.  These are the screenshots you see on the website.

It is nothing to do with Amiga computers or Amiga OS.

I dont mind not having os4 on my mobile or PDA, Id just have 3.9 then, thats fine.
The bigger Question is, what do I have to do, do retreive a mobile or PDA that allows me to run Amiga on it?

You can't have any version of AmigaOS on a mobile phone or PDA (unless it's running UAE).  Amiga DE games run on Windows, Windows Mobile, and PocketPC so if you want to support Amiga Inc, just buy a smartphone with Windows Mobile (I think Motorola make some, such as the Motorola Q), or PocketPC (such as the Samsung i700) then go to Amiga.com, buy some of their games and install them.

Also, Is it at all possible to have a device like this, that only runs Amiga OS, or does it have to be a windows Mobile or PDA whereby Amiga os3.9 is running over it?

It is not AmigaOS.  It is 'Amiga DE' (later changed to 'Amiga Anywhere') built on Tao's 'Intent' running hosted on PocketPC, Linux, or Windows.  This is nothing to do with the Amiga computer or OS.
