Hi, unfortunately if you are in the U.S. it is not possible to convert the tracks downloaded in iTunes because they are proprietary Apple files which contain their DRM system so you'd be breaking the DMCA which could lead to jail time (bypassing copy protection).
However in countries outside of the U.S. you can use a program called iOpener, or Hymn (
