Yeah Atari is just now a name and cool logo to put on game boxes. At my old company we wrote Frogger 2 for Hasbro and it was released under the Atari brand. Then Infogrames bought Hasbro's games division last year, including the Atari name and the various Atari IP such as Centipede, Frogger, Missile command etc. Infogrames seems to buy everyone (remember Ocean, Gremlin, Shiny Entertainment?)
