Absolutely.  It's obviously not a scam, it's just a mistake.

If he was really trying to scam people then he wouldn't have put massive photos up showing that it is an A500.

And real scammers don't sell £30 Amigas they sell Plasma TV's, Vaio's, Powerbooks and so on.

It depends how he's sending it. Parcel Force 24, Courier, or Royal Mail Special Delivery could all be around £20 for something of that size / weight.  And he's within his rights to add a "handling fee" and the cost of packing materials too.
