1) Perhaps get a CyberSCSI mk2 module, since the motherboard IDE connector is perhaps the #1 bottleneck on my system.
2) Tinker some more with porting
Uplink to Amiga. One of my favourite games. It's realistic because it uses many 3rd party libraries that are already ported to AmigaOS. But it's slow going, and perhaps I'll never finish it. And even if I did it wouldn't really be useful, since the license on the source code prohibits porting it to other platforms. Oh well. Still fun to tinker with.
