buying up software is all fine, the question is what to do with it then, what the original coder couldnt have done. whoever would like to pick up instead, needs probably to understand the code and the concepts first. likely not everything is everybody piece of cake, and i only hear of few people associated with aeon who apparently all are working mostly on their own projects and committing a bit to software in related areas. im curious who might be appointed on all that acquired code, because with the current resources doubt it will make a big difference for the community in whose hands it rests.
