how to recover backup from split iso data track?
« on: July 01, 2009, 04:40:19 PM »
i just lost my system partition almost completely. damn sfs! (never again):/
the title says pretty much what i want to know. i have made an iso image with frying pan (unregistered, so i cant burn it atm) some time ago so maybe i could use this backup. is there some possibility?

btw i have here an install cd of pfs2, is it any good, safe to use? i have a second total sfs crash within half a year and am getting tired of it.

yes if it was an iso image it wouldnt be that much a problem. im just not sure how to join the parts.

there is a .sii file acompanying the parts with the following content:

you think i could just use a join utility and then rename the file to iso?
