Let the jumper on autoboot, asfrom kickstart 1.3 autobooting was introduced.
Install the hd from the Amiga Installdisk (change scsi.device to suprascsi.device in hd-toolbox).
And now coldreboot. ev. reboot a second time with "ctrl left-a right-a " if the "Insert disk" bootlogo appears, perhaps your hd has a slow spinup and isnt'fast enough ready for the supracard at coldbooting.
