I think its not only the Microsoft deal, but the fact that is not an OS, should probably scuttle calling it OS 5.
Also....just the usual, until its a box you can put your hands on, its still just an Amiga announcement.
Yes, they, sort-of, delivered AmigaAnywhere, the rebranded Tao product, the first time around...and given that anywhere2, could be absolutely be anything, who knows if its a real update or not, whether people can buy it or not....what it does....all remains to be seen.
I agree its a virtual machine.  Other than that...has any real features, the public would even be allowed to buy it....who knows.
doubt it.
and as long as its a secret project, read...so bad it cannot be shown in the light....not worht considering.
