I'm more reserved on this one.
If someone announces a product and its shelved, at some point they should update the community and let us know the project is withdrawn.

This company, while small and trying to resell pc boxes, was, in fact, trying to put together the small details for releasing a OS 3.9 pc based box, which had some interest in this community.

They didn't pretend to be more than they are, they probably would have released the product had not Amiga, Inc. fouled up things so badly (yes I switched the blame to the real fools)

And I think extreme computing will be an interesting reseller of amiga products in the future.
Anyway, noone can escape criticism for a failure...and so I hope the owners of extreme computing are not shocked to be the recipients of criticism, they did pre-announce a product that was never released, and this community is sick of that.

They should wait until all the details are finalized.
Just like with Amiga OS XL, even after all the details are finalized, Amiga, Inc. may come behind you and stab you in the back and threaten lawsuits,.

But, if at least you wait to announce the product to the day it is ready to ship, you can at least ship it for a while before the fireworks start, and a few people can buy it.

This is far better than pre-announcing and never releasing.
