You have never had to sign an NDA unless you wanted to receive SDK updates from our services site.
Ray, see your very next message in this thread. You said that receiving the SDK update is a requirement for using the product, and therefore the NDA is also a requirement.

I'll help you...your next message was the accurate one....
signing an NDA is, indeed, a requirement, or this product is simply not useful. signing an NDA is a strange and bizarre restriction for a development environment...I mean most companies would have opted for high publicity and maximum distribution, but then Amiga went for the no-profits, obscurity route....bold choice, how is that working out for you?
well, that another topic, but it does make these SDK's not very useful. imho
