http://hol.abime.net/249 Burning Rubber. The game is total suckage, but the intro music by Utah Saints and intro FX are rather fun. In game music isn't too terrible either.
I also like the "Frontier main theme" think it's a good piece of music, and the intro to Frontier: Elite II.
