lucky you that a few new boxed units just came up on http://www.amibay.com this  morning.
You really need all the 512 chip and a few MB fast ram to truly enjoy THE AMIGA:knuddel:

I can confirm that kipper2k's fastram boards are autoconfig for the A1000 with separate CPU riser card (also from kipper)
