I don't own OS4 myself but years ago several ppl on AmigaWorld.net reported it to work on OS4 after they stopped overclocking their ramchips and disabled the buggy OS4 Screenblanker.
It should run seamlessly using glUAE or RunInUAE under OS4.1 though I can't confirm this myself yet...still an awesome game and should be on the site IMHO
