yep slight buldge is normal with my MKIII 030@50 with a slim heat sink on the 030 chip..no worries ;-)

huh..why would you silicone the trapdoor shut when its not visible  :-? better off to leave it be for airflow purposes and also to relieve any stress on the card itself
