I Googled around and came up with ziltch.

My best idea would be to take a standard CD-ROM audio cable, snip it down to about 3-4 inches and solder each wire onto its respective flat pin.  This you can take normal pins, stick them into the newly made header and stick on the audio cable.

My two cents...
