"Not wanting to spend a fortune" and buying Amiga hardware are opposite ends of the spectrum.
If you're looking for a solid Accel. that will actually come with a warranty, I'd hit up good old Amigakit for the ACA 1230/42.
It runs about $180 USD but that is for NEW hardware that is supported.
You can also go onto Amibay, search to see if there is anything in your price range and post a "Wanted" ad if there is not...
