I've heard of some spiteful people before, but this takes the CAKE!

I have no issues with his asking pirce, I just can't afford it.  What really galls me is that he states:
 
1) If item does not seel it will be relisted WITHOUT owering the price.
 
Ok, that is fair I guess.  Kind of a jerkish way of putting it, but it IS his and he can ask what ever he wants for it...
 
2) If it doesn't sell the third time it will be destroyed. :angry:

Really?  I mean, REALLY?!?!?  This person has either got to be really mad at the world or is trying to guilt Amigans into buying it so it doesn't "die".

DANG!!!  I've only heard of his shenanigans but never saw it firsthand like this!  What even worse is that the guy he ripped off is our very own SAVE2600.  Probably one of the nicest guys on the forum...:(

Oh, I understand that.  But just because it has a valid name/category doesn't make it ethically correct to use.

Getting a response by targeting a person’s Ego is underhanded and cheap.  To use it for something that doesn’t NEED it(I’ve always held the 64/3D as one of the best ZIII cards out there) also shows the sellers true colors.  It just feels like the tactics of an oily used car salesmen.

As I said in the beginning, he is either mad at the world, mad at himself or just plain MAD!
