Sure it's probably worth the extra money, but I am leary about sending another $50.00 to this guy. What do you think?

Mistakes are mistakes.  but if nothing bad happens or a big deal isn't made then it isn't a learning experience.  The dude said $5 and that is what it should cost..

BTW, from where to where is it going?  If in side US, that I din't see it costing that much.  I sent  fully loaded A1200 Tower UPS and it only cost $35...
