Hyperion account...deleted?

Hi! I have a problem, I set up my new Hyperion account and registered my AmigaOS4.1 copy (about year ago). I reinstalled my AmigaOS4.1 and I tried to log in and I couldn't, so I went to website and I also could not log in. I have my user and password saved. It doesn't exist anymore on Hyperion website(?!). I tried to create "new" account, the same user, and email and... I was able to create it (?!)... but I did not get confirmation (account activation) email.

How can I contact Hyperion Support?! There is no support email on their website and I can't post on forum.

Any ideas and help appreciated! Such a stupid issue...

Wait, what? OS4.1 needs to authenticate with an online account?

When I want to run AmiUpdate yes, it will ask for my Hyperion Account. Now, I can't run it. I feel like MS is not going to activate my WinXP (or something else) anymore .

Why you can post to Hyperion's forum? Have you registered account to there? It is not a same account.

OK. That was helpful, I created new account to use forum. At least I can ask about my "other" account.

After registering on Hyperion Forum I got email from Steven telling me to register my AmigaOS4.1 to get access to "full" forum...

I sent him reply with my problem description and info about this thread. We shall see what will happen.

Same here. Steven told me that I never log in into my account... and most likely I created account under different user name.

Funny since I have confirmation email from Hyperion about account creation WITH user name and password in it, and I did registered my AmigaOS4.1 on website in Dec. 2015.

He sent me to http://www.amigaos.net/contact for help.

OK. Steven helped me. I was able to log in and register my AmigaOS4.1. I'm in business again.

Apparently my old account got deleted.
