FastATA 1200 - 80 wire ATA cable?
« on: August 19, 2016, 03:37:49 AM »
It is me any my beloved FastATA 1200 Mk-II. I just got nice, brand new IDE cable (80 wires) and... my hard drive is NOT detected. When I switch to old 40 wires cable, Amiga boots from hard drive without problems...

Elbox writes that their FastATA 1200 Mk-V works with 80 wire IDE cables. Can tell someone tell me if I can use it with Mk-II??

Is there any way to make it work?
