I read that you might get motherboard timing issues. and that a trace on the mb has to  be cut?

i was at the overclocking workshop Dave refers to above, and yes we had issues with overclocking above 28 mhz, and he did cut some tracks on the MB.

It was may be 8-10 years ago though so i'm a bit hazy on the details.
