one of the best software on the amiga for traditional paper animation is Take2. it is a line tester software but can be used for colored animation with sound. i worked with it for years at an animation studio.
i know firka and its precedessor, TestLine. firka is unusable on an amiga, it just too slow for a 68k+aga combo and the author is not see the amiga as a valuable platform anymore since 2000-2001 and not willing to do any updates for it, although i've been asked him several times (in person and in mails).... so dont get excited 'bout firka....
