I've tried for 2 years. Nobody wants him, not even the animal hippies. I'm upfront about his problem, that's the problem. I refuse to be dishonest, it's not fair to the person who might take him, nor is it fair to the cat. Maybe I'm a sucker?
Well, hopefully he gets out of the cage often for some exercise. (I care about all animals -- not trying to give you a hard time.)
