I think your problem is that the A1200/4000 is not compatible with A500/2000 games in many, many cases! My simple "Star Wars" game (you know, the vector graphics game) works perfectly on my A500, but on the A1200 the screen is all garbled, with horizontal lines through it, etc. In all, about a third of my games will not work on my stock A1200. It was a disappointing discovery. -Dave
