@marcfrick2112

Thanks. Yeah i think i payed like 450 for the mirage 4000 pro, and about 100 for the video toaster, voodoo5 was no more then 20 bucks, nic was about the same.

Butem we'll see, i miss the RTG amiga so i think i'll just leave it for now, atleast for a few weeks. Just PM me if anyones interested at some point and we'll see.,

Mind you, the mirage was unused when i got it and the asking price from elbox is 530 dollass

The mobo is dead, it developed a fault and i tried fixing it, then i fixed it to death after being unable to cure the faults.
450 was an ok price, considering that elbox didnt make the things at the time and if they did they wanted more. Besides it was worth it ;)

You can always mount the motherboard in the A4000 case and sell it as is.

Heh, i can tell you right now theres no way im doing that, Im not doomy you know ^^

I changed the 450uf caps and powered up ( after changing all the other caps without any improvement in stability, gfx corruption in aga, or a working floppy. ) , some flickering happened on the screen, quickly followed by a burnt chip smell or 5.

And if i did assemble it all and power up, its likely to take the mediator along with it to the grave...

Might get another mobo, assemble it all and sell it tho, but there goes another few hundred quid so...
