Is it possible to put the 060 library and the missing Workbench.library for my 4000T in it?

ThoR's (Mu) 68060 library is not ROMable. One of the other 68060 libraries might work though. The newest workbench.library is ROMable.
I notice that when setpatch 44.38 is run, it says "68060 support code loaded"
Do we still need 040/060 libraries with this setpatch?
Yes. SetPatch loads the 68060.library and prints that message. Without SetPatch and the 68060.library your Amiga will crash when an instruction that is not in hardware is used. This isn't very common with integer instructions (64 bit integer mul and div instructions are missing) but FPU use will very likely bomb.
