This patches some bugs in the SCSI and IDE devices but also has versions that disable the devices during bootup (faster). The funny thing is that Chris Hodges is the first author listed in the readme. Hi Chris! You do need AmigaOS 3.9 BB2 though. The device can also be left out of the ROM with no problems if you don't want it at all.
If building your own ROMs I would also recommend...
