Possible. However fan is not needed, it never goes over 50 deg even when overclock set on all the time.

Oh, nice. So the passive heatsink and this grill will suffice if CPU boost comes ;)

I had a standard sealed box, everyone gets. Just the heatsink and it runs just fine for hours on end.
I used to leave it running for over 6 hours overclocked running some intensive games / demos.
