For slave files, navigate to drawer and then in drop down menu select show all files.
With USB stick, insert it before running amibench.

I have a USB stick, and have put it in before running AmiBench.

It is a Toshiba USB2.0 32GB stick. Formatted to FAT32

The A600 knows its there, as I can install games from the menu but when I load AmiBench I do not see it on the desktop.

What is the designation (as in DF0: for disk drives etc)?
The drive is formatted as FAT32, is that OK or does it need to be something else?

Try NTFS.

I get it now.

Either Follet wasn't saying it right or I wasn't reading it right.

That makes it sound to me like you can insert a USB while the A600 is turned on, then start AmiBench and it will work.

I've just found the USB has to be inserted BEFORE TURNING THE A600 ON. If it's inserted while on, even before running AmiBench, then AmiBench won't recognise it.

Just tested with a Verbatim USB 3.0 stick as well as the aforementioned Toshiba drive, both FAT32 - both are recognised in AmiBench if I insert it before turning the A600 on.

Doh, hit modify, :(.

I mean exactly what you said "That makes it sound to me like you can insert a USB while the A600 is turned on, then start AmiBench and it will work".
It works fine if inserted after switch on, it just needs time to mount. If you click add game, it should list it there in drives list.

I can replicate that behaviour ! My SanDisk USB Stick 128GB ExFat is working fine with AmiBench as long as it is inserted at boot time, if I take it out while the A600GS is on, it will fail to show up in AmiBench even after a restart of AmiBench BUT it will show up in the A600GS menu (adding games and so on) ...

And yes, other Sticks behave the same, cannot use NTFS by the way, my Mac is unhappy with that solution ;)

If you click add on gs menu, then is it showing there?
If not try refreshing volumes a few times.
